Our Story

My dad ran a small property development organisation so I have spent a lot of time around buildings most people would’ve written off. Watching them get stripped back and rebuilt properly showed me early on how much care and work sits behind doing it well. 

I spent five years in the corporate world leading teams to deliver complex projects. However, I always knew I would come back to property and lead an organisation building a brighter future, one brick at a time. It’s where I’m most comfortable, and where I do my best work.

Skya Property Group is built on the combination of hands-on understanding and commercial discipline. We take on buildings with potential and approach them with a long-term mindset. The focus is simple: create well-built, well-considered homes that stand up over time.

Our mission is to deliver 500 exceptional homes and to positively impact as many people around the UK as possible. We want to continue to build an organisation people trust to do what it says it will. That matters as much to the partners and investors we work with as it does to the people who live in the homes.
