This St Albans development of a 2 bedroom end of terrace probate property converted into a 3 bedroom family home was our first project purchased back in 2023. We carried this project out in two phases. Firstly, a full rip out and refurb of the existing structure and then phase two where we obtained full planning for a ground floor wrap around. The build was completed in 2024 and we were able to refinance all of our invested funds back out during valuation.
