This is a new build development for a client in St Albans providing luxury living arrangements over 4 floors. This project is in the garden of a freehold property with full back access and therefore will require a full title split in order to maximise the value obtained. Planning was carried out over two phases. The first phase was for the basement and garage and the latter phase consisted of full planning for the upper two floors. We expect the project to complete by the end of 2026 and will retain the property.
