A development in St Albans converting a beautiful mock Tudor 3 bedroom home into a luxurious 5 double bedroom detached dwelling over 3 floors. The project will create a new floor into the loft including full restructure of the roof adding steels where necessary. Full planning has been approved and we are waiting for the build to commence. We anticipate the project to complete in 2027 and look to bring this one to market to release funds for future projects.
